Where I stood, dealing with a kitten

It turns out Tempo is a girl, and she’s a healthy one at that.  She has started romping, giving me small heart attacks as she heads to edges of furniture at top speed.  She is starting to pounce, and enjoys chewing the edges of papers.  tempo and feet

I’ve never had children and never wanted a kitten, but here I am, worrying about the little thing.  She has grown from 10 ounces to 14 ounces.  She is my sad-eyed kitten of the flat lands, an absolute delight and I’m very glad we’ve found each other.
